Currently stars as “Judd Ryder” in the Fox series 9-1-1: LONE STAR alongside Rob Lowe and Gina Torres for executive producer Ryan Murphy, and recently played a supporting role in Universal’s multi-billion dollar feature franchise F9: THE FAST SAGA for director Justin Lin. Best known for playing “Hoyt” in seven seasons of the Emmy-winning HBO series TRUE BLOOD for creator Alan Ball, Jim was seen in the Showtime limited series ESCAPE AT DANNAMORA opposite Patricia Arquette, Benicio Del Toro and Paul Dano for executive producer/director Ben Stiller. Parrack appeared in the second season of David Simon’s HBO drama THE DEUCE with Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Franco, whom he made his Broadway debut in the revival of John Steinbeck’s OF MICE AND MEN, co-starring Chris O’Dowd and Leighton Meester. Jim’s additional feature credits include David Ayer’s SUICIDE SQUAD with Will Smith, Margot Robbie and Jared Leto for Warner Bros, FURY alongside Brad Pitt, Logan Lerman and Shia LaBeouf for Sony, SILO for Oscilloscope, THE ADDERALL DIARIES for A24, PRICELESS for Roadside Attractions, WILD HORSES for eOne, A NIGHT IN OLD MEXICO for Phase 4, AS I LAY DYING for Millennium, CHILD OF GOD for Well Go USA, BATTLE LOS ANGELES for Columbia and ANNAPOLIS for Disney. Jim executive produced and starred in the independent thriller GRACE POINT opposite Johnny Lowe, which premiered at the Santa Barbara Film Festival last year.
