Ashley played the series regular role of “Valerie” on the Tyler Perry series TOO CLOSE TO HOME for the TLC Network. Before acting, she was the winner of the North Carolina Miss Beauty Pageant that lead her to compete in the prestigious Miss USA Pageant. She was the 5th African American finalist from North Carolina since its inception in 1952. Recently, Ashley starred in the independent feature ALL SAINT’S EVE and previously can be seen on the CMT series NASHVILLE.
