Bernard David Jones

Best known for his co-starring role in the ABC comedy series THE MAYOR opposite Yvette Nicole Brown, Lea Michele and Brandon Michael Hall, Bernard David Jones recently wrapped production on his dramedy pilot REMEMBER, recipient of the Warner Bros. Discovery 150 Grant, which he wrote, executive produced and stars in opposite Hosea Chanchez, Devere Rogers, Griffin Matthews and Brandon Gill. Bernard previously co-starred in director Prentice Penny’s Netflix feature UNCORKED alongside Mamoudou Athie, Niecy Nash and Courtney B. Vance, which premiered at the SXSW Film Festival. He can currently be seen guest starring on the new Netflix series NOBODY WANTS THIS with Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, and previously recurred in Lena Waithe’s drama series TWENTIES for Showtime, as well as the HBO comedy series ROOM 104 for the Duplass Brothers. Bernard top-lined the Russo Brothers’ digital series SCROLL WHEEL OF TIME, created by Paul Sheer & Nick Giovannetti, the first show ordered under the new multi-series partnership between Bullitt studio and interactive platform Eko. His additional credits include the New Form Digital comedy series SHITTY BOYFRIENDS alongside Sandra Oh for executive producer Lisa Kudrow, multiple comedy shorts for CollegeHumor.com and the features ALWAYS A BRIDESMAID, CROWN VIC, THE LOOKALIKE and PLUS ONE. Bernard was also named one of the TV Academy’s “Young Writer’s to Watch” for his comedy pilot script TASKER.
